Functieomschrijving

The Release & Stability Department within the Analytical Department of Janssen Vaccines and Prevention is responsible for cGMP testing of Release batches and Stability batches.

A wide variety of assays are performed within this department. Due to the variety of assays within different projects, all assays must be configured in eLIMS (electronic Laboratory Information Management System).

Opleiding HBO
Ervaring Starter (0 - 3 jaar)

We are looking for an experienced professinal with the following background

  • MLO-4 or HLO education in biotechnology, biochemistry of biomedical science.
  • Experience with a broad range of biological and analytical techniques, e.g. VP-QPCR, QPA, RP-HPLC, DCS, Sub-Visible Particle, WB, pH, Osmolality, HC DNA, HCP-ELISA and ID-PCR
  • >1 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company (cGMP /GLP) is a must
  • Possiblity to become assay responsible
  • Experience writing and / or reviewing quality incidents (Invalid assay records/ events/ deviations/ CAPA's) records
  • Fluent in English / Dutch. (Fluent in Dutch is a pre)
  • Valid Dutch working permit is a must


Aanvullende informatie

Contract: 1 year via LabResource, extension possible

Salary: ranging from €2500 - €3200 gross monthly

Hours: 32-40

Region: Leiden
