This role integrates method development, troubleshooting and support of clients. You work in laboratories of clients (on-site) as well as at the company itself. This is a challenging next career step if you are an analytical thinker who likes to help, advice and solve problems 

In the role of Technical Support  Technician you have responsibilities in the laboratory, customer support, equipment validation and consultation of clients. Your activities include:

- Work in the lab to carry out studies to assess feasability, method development track, method tranfer and validation
- Moreover, you carry out measurement services and sample investigations for customers
- For these activities you analyze, interpret and review measurement data, write protocols and generate service reports
- On-ste at the client (20% of the time), you assist with measurement services and provide consultation/advice on applying measurements in their process
- Additionally, you assist in user training and execute system installations and IQ/OQ validations at the customer site
- You use the required insights to make suggestions for improvement of internal procedures. You also identify opportunities and share these with the sales department


Opleiding HBO
Ervaring Ervaren (3 - 8 jaar)
For the position of Technical Support Technician, we are looking for a candidate with a BSc or MSc degree in (bio)chemistry/physics/pharmacy or related fields

- You have at least 3 years work experience in a laboratory environment lab experience, which provides you with ‘lab based’ experimental and analytical skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP/GLP guidelines) is a plus, in partical if you are aware of sterile manufacturing and/or wokring with sterile products
- As you work for a growing organization, you enjoy to work effectively in a small entrepreneurial team & with multicultural customers. Experience in customer communication is therefore desired
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to apply this for (ad-hoc) troubleshooting so you can provide clients with a solution
- You are in possession of a valid driver’s license and passport. You should be willing to travel approxiametely 20% of the time and plan this independently
