You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective management of customer service

As a Medical Customer service teamleader you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective management of the customer service function

- You will plan, organize and direct the employees (9 persons) in providing timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints and resolving customer issues
- You will supervise the day-to-day activities of the customer service staff
- You will coach, counsel and train the department personnel
- Furthermore you will collect data and prepares routine reports for management and you will prepare budget recommendations
- You will survey the customer base to measure customer satisfaction relating to the sales process, product pricing, quality and support


Opleiding HBO
Ervaring Ervaren (3 - 8 jaar)
For the position of Medical Customer service teamleader we are looking for a proactive and flexible person with minimal 1 year of experience in customer service

- Experience leading a team is a major plus
- Not afraid of delving into complex processes
- Experience with an International orientation
- Must be flexible and resistant to stress
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English
- Customer minded, positive mindset
- Team player
